3. Execute individualized treatment based on the patient’s dental hygiene diagnosis. (2.4.2)
4. Analyze treatment outcomes of the dental hygiene process of care to determine improved health and modifications. (2.5.
5. Accurately document assessment findings and data, dental hygiene diagnosis and care plan, implementation, outcome evaluation and any communication between professionals and patient and anyone else in the circle of care. (2.5.5)

GOAL 5 THE PROGRAM WILL GRADUATE ENTRY LEVEL HYGIENISTS
Learning Outcomes
1. Graduates will successfully complete the National Dental Hygiene Board Examination (NBDHE).
2. Graduates will successfully complete the ADEX dental hygiene Examination CDCA/CITA/WREB) part one of the examination is the simulated patient treatment examination (SPTCE)
3. Graduates will successfully complete the dental hygiene examination. Part 2 of the examination is the computer simulated clinical exam CSCE OSCE.
4. Students will complete program within 24 months.
5. Students will be satisfied with their education.
6. Graduates will be satisfied with their education.
7. Graduates who choose to pursue employment, will be employed within 12 months of program completion.
8. Employer will be satisfied with graduate’s performance.
